Do you have organic
certifications?
-
We have certifications! The natural dunlop latex foam itself is not certified organic, however it is made from latex serum that is certified organic (please note that there is no latex foam on the market that is certified 100% organic, ours is the best available, with certified organic latex as the major ingredient). However, it is all natural! We are proud to post the results of extensive independent laboratory testing of our Dunlop latex for purity. We also have required our Talalay supplier to certify that no synthetic chemicals are added to the Talalay we use.

the latex for many common VOC's (volatile organic compounds).
- Oeko-tex
certificate This certificate and additional documentation
specifies that our latex meets the strict Oeko-tex guidelines for
natural rubber, that it is formaldehyde free, flame retardant
free, and that it has been tested and does not contain other toxic
chemicals.

When
your organic mattress arrives:
Your SavvyRest mattress arrives in boxes — usually one layer
of latex per box and one box for the casing. The latex is all labeled
soft, medium or firm.
We start with an organic mattress casing made of organic wool quilted
to organic cotton. Lay out the casing on your bed. Remove the zipper
cover. Place the latex inside. At first it will look like the casing
is too small. It's made that way so the finished natural latex mattress is
properly tailored. You can move the latex around and squish it a bit,
but it will fit. Normally you will want to place the firmer layers of
latex on the bottom and softer on the top.
Zip the cover back on the top.
Repeat the
above steps with the pillowtop layer
