Organic Futon

This futon is made with a 2 inch natural rubber core.  It is surrounded with layers of organic cotton and a quilted organic cotton and wool layer.  The quilting has a layer of pure wool which acts as a natural flame retardant, so no chemical flame retardants are added to this organic mattress.  Pure wool is dust mite and mold resistant.

This mattress comes in two heights: 4.5 inches and 6 inches.

You can choose a 4.5" or 7.5" wood slat foundation to support your organic futon mattress.  This foundation uses solid wooden slats and is covered with organic cotton.

The wood is untreated pure seasoned kiln-dried spruce; no synthetic glues, dyes, or finishing sprays are used in any stage of production.
